Holly Nursing and Rehab Center is a modern 60-bed skilled and intermediate care facility. Our highly skilled professional staff provides the finest in care, services and activities. We make every attempt to help each individual resident to reach his or her maximum potential while restoring the highest possible quality of life. Individual participation in care plans is welcomed.

Nursing Services

Holly Nursing and Rehab Center knows how to meet the special healthcare needs of our residents. We provide high intensity skilled nursing and medical services such as wound and nutritional therapy, IV therapy, gastronomy care, oxygen, and diabetic care. Certified therapists teach residents how to manage with their disabilities while helping them work toward optimal independence. Our nursing staff is always happy to discuss with the family how their loved one is doing.

Activities

Our full-time Activity Director provides a wide range of individual and group activities. Family members are encouraged to get involved with our volunteer program. A daily calendar full of inviting activities and special events adds much to the quality of life here. We encourage all residents to enjoy their meals in our gracious dining room.
