Hospice Care

Baldock Health Care Centre offers additional services to the resident and family when facing a diagnosis of a life-limiting illness. Our social worker works with families in providing the necessary information needed to help this process go forward. A list of hospices that are available are given to the family so that a decision can be made to best meet the needs of the resident. Our support is available at all times during this process.
