We have been serving the needs of the Tri-State area since 1973.  Located in a peaceful and scenic residential area within four miles of Deaconess Medical Center, we take special pride in offering compassionate care that meets the special needs of each resident we care for.   Residents at North Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center are always treated with the utmost respect and dignity.

Our services benefit patients and residents whose activities of daily living cannot be adequately provided for in a home setting.   These individuals may require a combination of skilled medical services and rehabilitation on a short-term basis due to surgery or injury, or on a long-term basis due to a prolonged acute illness or chronic disease.  Our care management team works closely with your physician or our medical director, to develop and implement a goal-oriented individualized plan of care.

In addition to providing healthcare services, we encourage each resident to participate in special events, and we provide a monthly calendar of activities to keep you informed.   Family volunteers are always welcome to help in our nursing center.

Besides the nursing staff who attend to the physical needs of our residents, there are other staff members who assist residents with their social, spiritual, emotional and financial needs.  Our social services staff assists with special concerns.
