The adult day health center offers daytime care in a pleasant and stimulating environment, which ensures our residents safety and happiness. Senior citizens are welcome Monday through Friday, from 7am to 6pm. Transportation arrangements can be made through Fenwick Landing’s bus service, or the family can provide the resident with private transportation. Seniors can enjoy Fenwick Landing two, three, four or five days a week.
Fenwick Landing employs a full time registered nurse (RN),
certified nursing assistants, activity professionals, a social worker, program
assistants, and our drivers.
The assisted living home at Fenwick Landing is available to seniors in need of residential services and 24 hour care. We believe that keeping our homes smaller ensures that our residents receive individualized attention. Each of our homes has been designed to maximize safety and facilitate accessibility. There are no steps or inclines to maneuver, making these homes user friendly to seniors who may have difficulty with balance and walking.
A well-trained, compassionate staff maintains each home and assists residents with their personal needs. Medications are administered to all of our residents by our trained staff to ensure safety and accuracy. Our managers oversee resident health issues and work closely with each resident's private physician. A registered nurse visits weekly to help us evaluate and monitor health issues.
At both of our homes, a cook prepares scrumptious home-made meals, which the residents eat together, family style. Special diets are also prepared, if ordered by a resident's physician.
Residents can participate in activities that are available at each of the homes, as well as the adult day center next door. Residents choose daily what they would like to do from a variety of activities, including trips into the community.
